Who is in charge of the issuance of Master's certificates of trade?
The commissioner's handles the issue of Master's Certificates. An application for a Master's Certificate must be submitted to the district commissioner, as the applicant is domiciled, but a digital application can be completed at island.is (link).
The cost of issuing Master's Certificates is ISK 12,000.
