How are the cases pleaded when acquiring pleading rights before a court?

In order to apply for this, certificates must be obtained from the district courts where the cases have been pleaded. First and foremost, experience in litigation is sought. A case may be pleaded more than once, for example due to a deferral order, and in the case of a substantial pleading it may be considered a separate case. This is evaluated at any given time.

Information on the legal representation permit may be found in the Court of Appeals.
