18/2023 – on the amendment of the Act on Social Security and the Act on Social Assistance (accrual of entitlements and changed presentation).
The changes consisted of extensive changes in the content and presentation of the provisions of the Act on Social Security and the Act on Social Assistance. Entered into force April 12, 2023.

Change of Regulations 2023
687/2023 - On the amendment of regulation no. 1195/2017 on flexible receipt of old-age pension and household allowance. Changes to the legal references in accordance with Amendment Act no. 18/2023 and benefits increased by 2.5%. Entered into force on 1 July 2023.
