Getting advice from Digital Iceland is a channel for institutions and ministries that wish to involve Digital Iceland experts in digital projects that support our emphasis on digital communication, self-service and digital infrastructure.

Projects are selected and prioritized according to their benefits. The applicant fills out key elements such as user stories, number of users that the service will affect, description of the project, objectives, scope and funding. This allows Digital Iceland to prioritize and expedite the processing of cases. Promoting digital services is one of the government’s priorities and the goal is to make digital communications the main way of communication between the public and the government.
