Experts at the Directorate of Health evaluate all complaints. Complaints are prioritised according to severity and occasion. Notification is sent to the complainant following the initial evaluation. It may take a few weeks for a complaint to be evaluated.

Over 400 complaints are currently being processed by the Directorate of Health. There are significant delays in all proceedings due to the number of complaints and labour shortage.
