Amending an incorrect logging entry

If you enter the wrong number, you can re-enter on the same day, and the second number will apply. At midnight, entries will close for the next 30 days.

If you need to correct an incorrect registration or apply for registration on behalf of the owner of another vehicle, contact island@island.is.

Adjustment of plan or kilometer fee charge

The charging of a kilometre fee is appealable to Skatturinn within 30 days of the date of notification.

Complaint to the Internal Revenue Board

The rulings of Skatturinn may be appealed to the Internal Revenue Board under the provisions of the Act on the Internal Revenue Board.
