Applications
Documents required to accompany an application for payment distribution:
A copy of the applicant's most recent tax return
A statement of the applicant's income/benefits for the past 3 months
Documents required to accompany an application for principal debt cancellation:
A copy of the applicant's two most recent tax returns
A statement of the applicant's income/benefits for the past 3 months
Please note that the condition for the cancellation of the principal debt, either in whole or in part, is that the applicant has made monthly payments in accordance with an agreement with the district commissioner continuously for the past three years. If this condition is not met, the application will be rejected.
Processing time
Once an application for payment distribution and the necessary supporting documents have been submitted, a response can generally be expected within twenty days. Please note that applications for debt cancellation are processed once a month.
