Now the buyer and The Financial Management Authority can process the tender documents together. The procurement process of The Financial Management Authority is followed.

You can assume that preparation will take about a month. This depends on how far the needs analysis and technical specifications have come. The preparation is divided into six activities:

Buyer:

• Writes or reviews a technical description, a needs description, a job description.

The Financial Management Authority :

• To oversee the preparation of the tender specifications.

• Set up procurement documents.

• Give advice on the description of claims and needs.

• Announce the tender and provide web-based publications of documents.
