Exceptions from the information obligation
In general, companies and governments must provide individuals with information when they process personal data about them, but in certain cases they do not need to do so.
It should be noted that these exceptions may only be applied in narrowly defined cases.
These cases are:
When information is obtained directly from the data subject, it is not necessary to educate him if he has already been informed about the processing.
When information is obtained from a non-registered person, there is no obligation to provide information if:
the person has already received the information and it is unchanged;
cannot be provided, or it costs excessive effort;
the acquisition or sharing of the information is clearly laid down;
personal data are subject to confidentiality on grounds of legal obligation to remain anonymous
