How and when will the payment of premiums be made?

Iceland Health will inform self-employed healthcare professionals when information on estimated premiums can be obtained through a data portal. The payer of premiums is the operator registered for the operation at the Directorate of Health (not the administrator of the operation, unless it is the same as the operator).

According to the Minister of Health’s regulation, the deadline for submitting contributions for 2025 is 30 April 2025.
