• The applicant and members of the household on the application were domiciled or temporarily resident in Grindavík on 10 November 2023 and had to leave their home on the basis of the Civil Protection Act.

• The applicant and members of the household on application live in a rented premises and have their domicile or temporary residence.

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

• Applicants are parties to a lease that has been registered in the HMS Lease Registry.

• Applicants and members of the household aged 18 or over have given consent for gathering information.
