Registration of a temporary residence or changed domicile is one of the conditions that must be met in order to be entitled to specific housing support applied for at HMS.

Before applying for specific housing support, the residence of all those on the lease must have been temporarily transferred to the property being rented. See here how to change the temporary residence.
