Before the driving lessons start, you need to apply for the first driving licence (study permit).
A driving instructor is selected in the application process, the next step is for the student to bring a printed passport photo (35x45mm), and give a signature and return a medical certificate (if applicable) to the commissioner's office.
Once all the documents have been submitted, a learning permit is granted and the student driver can start their driving lessons. In exceptional cases, an application must be filled out on paper.
