What does an injunction entail?

If an individual or legal entity believes that an ongoing or imminent action infringes upon their rights, they can request an injunction against it.

An injunction halts the action to prevent the rights from being lost or destroyed while awaiting a court ruling on the matter. The respondent is therefore prohibited from carrying out the action that the injunction has been placed against.

Further information on injunctions can be found here.
