Copies of the conversation are often stored in the employee register of an individual within the company and the processing of this information is subject to the data protection laws, and the employee in question has the right to see it and comment on it if necessary and there is total confidentiality about these data.
Surveys
If an employee participates in a survey on the evaluation of the workplace or on the satisfaction of employees, then all its processing shall be covered by the Data Protection Act if information that can be linked to the employee is provided.
If the information is anonymous and cannot be traced to individual employees, those rules do not apply.
