Permits to fish

The Directorate of Fisheries compiles information on the division of catch shares between vessels by species and the allocation of catch quotas. The allocation of the catch quota takes place on September 1st each year, at the so-called fishing new year.

The allocation is based on the catch shares of each vessel and you can view summary information on catch quota by species and dates in a summary for the fishing season at the link below.
