The Association of Businesswomen in Iceland (FKA) is the organisation that awards the accreditation. Huld Magnúsdóttir, the CEO of TR, succeeded her on behalf of TR from First Lady Eliza Reid. TR has a gender balance on the executive board, but the organisations and companies that are recognised have achieved a gender balance on their executive boards.

The balance sheet is a dynamic task of the FKA, with the purpose of improving gender balance in the top layer of companies, institutions and municipalities. At this time, 89 parties were approved, and 289 parties were participants in the balance sheet.
