From 18 September, we will open the TR service center in Hlíðasmára 11 and telephone consultation at 10.00 and have open until 15.00 every weekday.
Experts by phone and by reception 10.00 – 15.00
Our experts who both provide telephone consultation and handling and are also involved in the processing of cases will be available from 10.00 to 15.00 every working day.
My pages are always open but they contain information about the status of cases with customers and also display documents that concern each individual. On My pages you can also submit inquiries and suggestions and last but not least, they contain all applications to apply electronically.
We also remind you of the website tr.is, where you can find information on everything related to social security and answers to questions that may arise regarding rights and payments.
