The monitoring includes monitoring of security cameras that are active all day and recording of telephone calls. Security cameras are included at entrances to the building and in the service center. Those who are subject to electronic monitoring with security cameras need to be clearly aware of this and so markings have been placed in appropriate locations so that everyone can be clear that electronic monitoring is being carried out in the premises of TR.

The recording is notified at the beginning of the call.
