Service Survey Percent

The survey analyses the satisfaction of SAk clients.
In the coming weeks, SAk will launch a service survey of government agencies, which this time is under the supervision of Prósent. There are five questions that clients of selected units within SAk will be sent a link to via sms text. The survey will be in Icelandic, English, Polish and Icelandic sign language.
The URL sent to clients is untraceable and not related to personal information. Furthermore, the Data Protection Authority has no concerns about the implimentation.
The survey will be sent out to clients of the ER every 3 months. When a minimum response has been reached, the results will be reviewed and improvements in service will be initiated.
In the new year, the survey is expected to be carried out on more units.
