When will the purchase go through?
When signing a purchase contract.
Payment will be received within 5 business days after the purchase agreement has been signed.
During the sale, 5% of the sale price is retained to settle unpaid feed. It will be paid in full upon relinquishment if no debts or asset impairments are found.
