What are the rights of children who have legal domicile in the Greater Reykjavík Area with one parent/guardian but also have a residence with another parent/guardian who lives in a Loftbrú area?
Children who have legal domicile outside a Loftbrú area but also have a home with a parent and/or guardian who has legal domicile in a Loftbrú area, are entitled to Loftbrú.
