Facilities and powers of the data protection officer

It shall be ensured that the data protection officer is involved in all matters related to the protection of personal data in an appropriate manner and in a timely manner.

He/she shall be invited to meet with the Administrative Board on a regular basis, be present when decisions are taken on the processing of personal data and be given the opportunity to give appropriate advice.

If the data protection officer's advice is not followed, it must be registered separately.
