Debt mitigation- remedies to debt problems
Cancellation of payment adjustment
If the appointed supervisor considers that the applicant no longer qualifies for debt mitigation, the supervisor can propose to cancel the debtor's authorisation for example:
because of the applicant's changed circumstances or new information that emerges after the application has been accepted.
when the depositary considers that the applicant has not fulfilled his obligations or if the applicant has not made his financial statements adequately clear.
