If the appointed supervisor considers that the applicant no longer qualifies for debt mitigation, the supervisor can propose to cancel the debtor's authorisation for example:

  • because of the applicant's changed circumstances or new information that emerges after the application has been accepted.

  • when the depositary considers that the applicant has not fulfilled his obligations or if the applicant has not made his financial statements adequately clear.
