When is automatic decision-making allowed?
Automatic individual decision-making is only permitted with your consent, or when it is a prerequisite for the conclusion or execution of an agreement, or when it is legally permissible.
Examples of such legal powers include:
To monitor and prevent fraud and tax evasion in accordance with the rules, standards and recommendations of public institutions.
To ensure the safety and reliability of the service provided by the sponsor.
When one of these three exceptions applies, there must also be appropriate measures to protect your rights and freedoms.
