Subsidy for nutrition and special diet

Iceland Health pay what exceeds the following amounts for each monthly dose:

• 0-5 years old: 9,000 ISK

• 6-9 years old: 17,900 ISK

• 10-12 years old: 26,900 ISK

• 13-17 years old: 35,900 ISK

• 18 years and older: 44,900 ISK

If the enteral nutrition is only part of the energy requirement, the amount shall be reduced proportionally.

• Iceland Health has an agreement with Fastus, Icepharma (distributor: Parlogis, Krókháls 14) and Rekstrarvörur for the purchase of tube feeding, tube feeeding accessories and renting of pumps.

• Pumps are owned by Icepharma and must be returned there after use
