Request for Copies of Divorce Documents
To request a copy of divorce documents, you may submit a request here.
It is important that the request be as detailed as possible and include information such as:
Name of the petitioner
National ID number
Address
Email address
Postal code
City
Phone number
To expedite the processing of the request, it is also important to provide a clear description of the documents being requested, such as the type of document (e.g., divorce decree), when the documents were issued or filed with the district commissioner (year or date), and where they were issued or filed (which district commissioner's office).
Please note that if the documents being requested were issued in 1992 or earlier, you must contact the National Archives for those records. More information is available here.
