Digital Application Process
All individuals who are 65 years or older and do not have additional driving licenses/professional driving licenses can apply digitally.
Complete the electronic application, which can be accessed above.
Submit a medical certificate (and a photo if applicable) to the district commissioner’s office (Note that the driving license will not be ordered until the medical certificate is submitted).
If a photo is not required, a relative or another person can submit the medical certificate on behalf of the applicant.
If a photo is required, the applicant must appear in person and submit a handwriting sample.
The documents are submitted to the district commissioner's office, which will check whether the conditions for renewing the driving license are met.
If more than 2 years have passed since the driving rights expired, the person must take a driving skills test before the rights can be renewed.
