Authorisation for the processing of personal data about children

The controllers are responsible for ensuring that all their processing of personal data is in compliance with data protection laws and they must be able to demonstrate that this is the case.

All processing of personal data shall be based on authorization in the data protection law that permits the processing, for example, the consent of the data subject, the necessity for the implementation of the agreement between the controller and the individual concerned, and the legitimate interests of the controller that outweigh the rights of an individual to personal protection.
