Digital tests for driving licences
27th January 2025
The electronic test for additional driving licences (ÖR-próf) will begin on Friday 31 January.
The test has been changed similarly to B-tests so that instead of 30 questions with 3 answer options, 50 claims are answered correctly/wrongly. Each claim gives one point and the test subject needs to receive 45 points to pass the test.
The test will no longer be A and B parts but a single one.
30 claims relate to traffic signals, priority, police signals etc., while 20 claims are general.
The tests will be available in Icelandic, English, Polish and Arabic. A reading is available for all test participants in all languages with the help of a web-based tool.
