A new identification and authorisation system will replace the older identification system that has run out time technically and requires an update. An extensive analysis was carried out on the needs of various stakeholders and a new system designed to meet their demands.

The main challenges were and are to ensure the uptime and the scalability that such a vital system needs to have.

For now, as much as possible, efforts were made to design a management system so that users and access can be easily managed.
