The Social Insurance Administration will operate a service portal for defined service providers in order to communicate necessary information between parties and ensure an overview of the treatment or rehabilitation received by individuals. Service providers are obliged to ensure access to data through the service portal and representatives of coordination teams shall have access to them.

The Social Insurance Administration will keep a record stating in depth what information about individuals is shared through the service portal.
