Food-borne infections and food poisoning can cause serious illness but usually pass quickly. The information is sent to The Chief Epidemiologist.
Please briefly explain, for example - the main symptoms - dates of illness - number of sick people - possible source of infection (food, water, etc.) - and likely location of infection (home, restaurant, institution, school, etc.).
