The service is diverse and suited to the needs of job seekers who are looking for a job in the general labour market.
Supported job search
While looking for employment, emphasis is placed on the co-operation between counsellor and jobseeker. The counsellors assist with:
Introduction of various resources.
Work counselling.
Assistance with writing the CV.
Assistance with job search.
Preparing for a job interview. An adviser can also be present during the interview if requested.
Assistance in the recruitment process.
Presentation of the disability work contract, when appropriate.
Support in the new job
If an individual finds a suitable job, counsellors will assist with, among other things:
Assistance in forming relationships at work, the extent of the service depends on individual wishes.
Support as needed.
Building a support network in the workplace.

Applications are made online through electronic ID.
Your consultant will contact you
Once an application has been submitted, the counsellor will contact you to review the next steps. The counsellors contact all applicants.
Application processing time
Applicants are contacted as soon as possible, but it depends on the work load how soon the counsellors can be in touch.
Education and scholarships
Those who use this service can also attend courses and apply for scholarships that are available for unemployed individuals on the Directorate of Labour's registry.

Income plan at the Social Insurance Administration
If an individual receives payments from the Social Insurance Administration, the income plan must be checked when work begins. Salary usually affects payments from the Social Insurance Administration. It can be updated on the website of the Social Insurance Administration.
