Construction manager’s license
Renewal
A construction manager’s license must be renewed every 5 years. You apply for renewal on HMS My pages under Applications > License.
As a condition for renewal you must have undergone a functionality inspection of your quality control system sometime in the last 12 months and the inspection report must be attached to your application.
