Sensitive personal data are data relating to:

• Race

• National origin

• Political opinions

• Religion or life review

• Membership of a trade union

• Health information

• Information on human sex life and sexuality

• Genetic information

• Biometric data, i.e. information obtained through special technical processing and related to physical, physiological or behavioural characteristics of a person, e.g. facial features or data on fingerprints, where the information is processed to uniquely identify individuals.
