General
Land owners, municipalities, associations and other landowners can apply for a grant.
The 2025 application deadline has closed. The next application period will open at year-end, with a deadline in late January.
Amount of grant
Grant funding may cover up to two-thirds of project costs, encompassing labor, equipment, and supplies; however, individual project awards cannot exceed ten percent of the total allocated funds.
Duration
Grant funding is available for a maximum of five years, contingent upon the submission of a comprehensive action plan.
Annual progress reports and revised plans are required at the conclusion of each year of the grant period.

The decision on the award of grants focuses on:
Halting rapid erosion of soil and vegetation cover.
Restoration of soil, vegetation and wetlands.
Sustainable land use.
Binding of carbon in soil and vegetation.

Confirmation form to be completed
The form requires the name and email address of the individual responsible for each task, along with details regarding the reclamation area, the type and quantity of materials used, the working width, and the date of completion.
