Information rights of individuals and the obligation of the responsible persons to educate

Individuals have the right to receive information about the processing of their personal data.

This right has been referred to as the right of individuals to information.

The right to information is closely related to the responsibility of controllers to provide information and education, which includes the responsibility of controllers to provide information or education to individuals about the processing of personal data that is carried out by them.

In this way, the right of individuals to information and the educational obligation of the responsible parties are discussed and the same thing is meant.

The prerequisite for individuals to be able to protect their rights is that they know what information is being used about them.
